First real ramen shop in Kiev, without any exaggeration, not a franchise, huge portions, tasty broths, noodles are the one you are looking for. Ask for extra portion of noodles for sure. Unagi ramen with pear is real - deal, purely chef’s stuff.

Good Ukrainian PHO! Noodle just fine, broth dense enough, beef far from rare (of course), though tender and tasty. Bean sprouts - short but sturdy ;) Sliced chili available on request. Sriracha on table. What to improve: 1) fresh cilantro is a real need (chives and parsley not enough), 2) the shape of those bowls you serve in is simply inconsistent with short chinese spoons, so either change the bowls or the spoons, 3) consider putting hoisin next to sriracha. (This comment relates solely to pho bo, and not to so-called "ramen" or other noodle dishes served here.)
